Drivers under the age of 18 may not operate a motor vehicle between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. In addition, during the first 6 months of licensed driving you may not have more than one passenger under the age of 25 unless your passengers are family members. If you have a licensed driver over the age of 25 in your vehicle, you may have additional passengers; however, you may never have more passengers in your vehicle than there are safety belts.
